Music Lesson Policies
-Our
teachers are all very qualified and will be assigning weekly study
materials. Express Music stocks a wide variety of lesson books,
songbooks, CDs, and DVDs to help you with your studies.
So get ready to have some fun !
-Lessons
are ½ hour, once each week. We offer guitar, bass, drums, and a
variety of other stringed instruments as well as instruction in various
music technologies such as home rcording.
-All lessons are to be paid by the month, payable in advance.
Payments are scheduled to be made during the last week of each month
for the upcoming month‘s lessons. The usual payment method is a monthly
fee ranging from $ 80.00 to $ 100.00 per month, depending on the
instructor. The same rate applies whether it is a 4 or 5 week month. A
separate fee schedule is applicable when paying for specialized
technologies or for partial months of instrument lessons.
-Payment
is to be made to Express Music. We accept credit/debit cards, checks,
and cash. If the regular monthly payment has not been made by the
first scheduled lesson of the new month, lessons will not be provided
until payment is made. Credit for cancelled/missed lessons cannot be
carried into the next month.
-Attendance at your weekly
scheduled lesson time is expected. Should you miss your regular lesson,
a make-up lesson will not be available (unless you are a participant
of the discounted monthly flat rate payment method and have made
advance arrangements with the instructor at least 48 hours prior).
-Lessons
are scheduled on the ½ hours. Please be on time. If you are late,
your lesson can not extend into the next students time. Sorry…
-So all we expect is that you have a good time. We hope your learning experience at Express Music is something special!
